On April 5th, 2019, the Third International Youth Forum on Creativity and Heritage along the Silk Roads (IYF3) came to a close in Nanjing. The theme of the forum this year is Youth Creativity and Innovation in the Age of Media Arts. Learning from the success of the previous two forums, the forum this year focused on youth development and international exchanges, which is in line with the “Belt and Road” initiative and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
4月5日，第三届“一带一路”青年创意与遗产论坛在南京落幕。本届论坛主题为“媒体艺术时代的青年创意与创新”?；谇傲浇炻厶吵晒侔斓挠判憔?，本次论坛聚焦青年发展与国际交流，对接“一带一路”倡议和联合国“2030年可持续发展议程”。
During the forum, young readers of Courier and representatives of the forum from over 80 countries around the world came to Pioneer Bookstore in Nanjing to participate in the Courier reader club activities. The readers gathered to read the magazine of Courier and discuss the articles on the topic of cultural heritage preservation. 与会期间，来自全世界80多个国家的《信使》青年读者以及论坛代表们来到了南京先锋书店参与了《信使》的读者俱乐部活动。青年读者们聚在这里一起品读《信使》杂志，并围绕其中与文化遗产?；は喙刂魈獾奈恼抡箍颂教?。 The Third International Youth Forum on Creativity and Heritage along the Silk Roads (hereinafter referred to as the Forum) is a series of youth forums jointly organized by UNESCO Beijing Office, Chinese National Commission for UNESCO and the local governments of China. The Forum was organized to provide a platform for young people around the world to voice for the progress of creativity, heritage preservation and literature, and to encourage them to actively participate in the practice. “一带一路”青年创意与遗产论坛（以下简称“论坛”）是主要由联合国教科文组织驻华代表处、中国联合国教科文组织全国委员会以及中国地方政府共同举办的系列青年论坛。论坛旨在为世界青年提供平台，为促进创意、遗产、文学和其他领域的发展而发声，并鼓励世界青年积极投身于相关领域的实践中。 《信使》杂志是联合国教科文组织1948年创办的旗舰性期刊，长期致力于宣传教科文组织促进文化多样性、推动文明间对话、构建和平文化的理念，深受教科文组织会员国特别是知识界欢迎。杂志2012年因经费原因?？?。在中国支持下，于2017年4月复刊，由联合国教科文组织委托中国出版集团中译出版社在中国出版。
